Welcome to Woodroe Woods
Woodroe Woods is a private school (a non-profit corporation) providing quality education for Daycare, Preschool, Kindergarten, First and Second Grade programs.
The purpose of Woodroe Woods is to provide a safe, loving environment where children can learn through many developmentally appropriate experiences.
Woodroe Woods was established in 1974 and is located in the Hayward Hills on 3 beautiful acres adjacent to Don Castro Regional Park.
We offer commuters easy access to our facility as we are within 5 minutes of Highway 580 making us accessible to Oakland, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Castro Valley, Dublin, Pleasanton, San Ramon, and Danville.

Summer Session BEGINS: Monday, June 21st - K - 4th Grade Day Camp and Preschool
Summer Session ENDS: Friday, August 27th - K - 4th Grade Day Camp and Preschool
School Closed: August 30th - September 3rd Annual School Organization and Clean Up
School Closed: Monday, September 6th in observance of Labor Day
Fall Session BEGINS: Tuesday, September 7th
